If you are missing anything at all, it is probably only that his secondary attack is repeatedly useable for 35 damage, for at least 20 points less than the next piece that can do this. The 10 damage is only for opportunity attacks - I can't see it ever being used otherwise. Didn't have to give him a basic at all, but I like the flavor, and the situational usefulness.
Edit: For 55 points you can get a nonchamp hill giant, +13 for 35. But he can't benefit from Orc synergies like this bloke can. (cough-cough cleric of gruumsh cough).
